VISION

This presentation represents an articulated complete promo project, with a detailed description of a series of activities, with the aim to promote the musical branding of the artist and the budget for its implementation.

The first phase of this promo project, is to start with a good promo and ensure the necessary balance for the artist on the DSPs and social media platforms.

On Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook etc, there’s an inevitable necessity of a good balance and growth to improve the artist’s presence on these platforms.

For our organic promotion, we use the social media, radio, TV, premium playlists placements, blog promotion and pitching to create shares and embeds with the song and pitching to DJs.

We run multiple email marketing campaigns to put the artist and the music in front of new audiences.

If needed, we also do challenge campaigns with our selected young impacting influencers around the world, to channel more attention and visibility to the project for organic traffic.

We work mainly with the same channels used for the marketing and promotion of projects by the major record labels and accomplished artists, as well as those of other indies.

There are two types of campaigns:

Streaming: skip-able advertising of 5 seconds before a video, where we can work well on the numbers in terms of views, but with less interaction.

Announcement: banner highlighted in yellow at the top right of the Youtube home, and on the page when a video is opened, where we are able to get more interaction at the level of like / dislike, comments, subscriptions, compared to streaming.

We will do a combination of the two types of advertising, for a more effective result.

We also have communities we work with just in case, because there should be a balance between views and interactions on the video.

To get a further push, we will also use the Youtube playlists with which we are in contact, to ensure that the video has an even wider diffusion than the promo with Adwords, where the song would enter the users’ personal MIX, and it would appear more and more often among the YouTube recommendations (This sometimes generates over 500 thousand additional views made outside of what had been predetermined).
